Service Policy

Detailing packages

Prices and service packages are subject to change at anytime.

 

Payment terms

When booking an appointment, you may be required to pay a deposit. The remaining portion of your bill is due before your appointment via cash, credit/debit card or check.  

Detailing packages

Before your appointment, please make sure you remove all valuable items from the car. This includes but is not limited to money, jewelry, electronics, clothes, shoes, etc. ​If these things are not removed, the client could be subjected to a $25 charge

 

Late Cancellation & Reschedule

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour block, you will not be able to get your deposit returned to you/your company.

Additionally, if Island Touch Mobile Detailing Representatives show up to the meeting location and no one is there within 20 minutes of the appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned. 

Service Areas

Island Touch Mobile Detailing only serves certain areas throughout the Chicagoland Area. Potential clients should make sure they are located in those areas before booking and receiving service. Those not within the listed names of places should call the office  and see if it is okay to proceeded with booking an appointment. A full list of places we serve can be found here

 

Pre-Inspections

Pre inspections are required before all appointments.

Appointment time

Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, Island Touch Mobile Detail representatives may arrive up to 15 minutes late.
You may cancel/reschedule any appointment free of charge if Island Touch Mobile Detailing arrives later than 30 minutes.


Island Touch Mobile Detailing will reach out to the client if there is a delay in arriving to the meet up spot. 


Satisfaction policy
If a user is not satisfied with the quality of the service, the customer should email islandtouchmobileinc@gmail.com within 24 hours following the job date.

Rain Checks for Weather Conditions

Since Island Touch Mobile Detailing  can't control natural elements, we will reschedule any appointment during foretasted weather conditions that prevents Island Touch Mobile Detailing from providing a quality service.

Damages and Liability Issues

Island Touch Mobile Detailing is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items within Vehicles. Island Touch requires all clients to remove all valuables from the car. 

Any damage that is suspected of being caused from Island Touch Mobile Detail should be reported to islandtouchmobileinc@gmail.com and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
